Having comfort on the mind...
Here are few pictures that make me feel warm and cozy inside and glad to be alive.
A made from scratch Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cake (I wouldn't know where to start with made from scratch)
Tanner's smile. (Looking a little mischievous here)
A mountain view. (I love being able to look out our bedroom window and see the mountains)
Coloring outside the lines. Tanner hasn't quite understood the importance of the bold, black lines yet.
A nap after a long day. (Tanner napping on our way home from Tennessee after a 70th birthday party for Grandma Phyllis).
Blessing upon blessings...that I don't deserve, but God gives them to me anyway. Boy, I am glad that He does!
P.S. I have lots of things to post about from the weekend, SO stay tuned!

1 comments...IT'S YOUR TURN!:
Thanks for the sweet note! I appreciate it!
No way! You can see the mountains outside of your window??? Okay, I am going to seriously struggle now with being jealous of you. This is honestly one of the things I have to put at the altar of God all the time. I LOVE the mountains. Where has God sent us in our marriage? Florida beach! SC beach!!!
Oh, to trust His goodness is a good thing.
Still, I want to whine, "It's not faaaaair!"
:)
